Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together
all ingredients for sauce. Add your cup of chosen green veggies (mine was spinach). Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Finish recipe: Add cashews and noodles to sauce. Mix well by stirring gently,the noodles break easily. Add diced green onions.
Oh, I also added a few dry red pepper flakes. I like it a bit hot!
